Buyer credit

A loan to the buyer of an export, usually from commercial banks with an export credit agency guaranteeing most of it.

Example. Eutelsat's roughly €975m loan for 340 Airbus LEO satellites, guaranteed through Bpifrance Assurance Export (2026).
