Space M&A terms from the filed agreements

Space deals need approvals most M&A does not: FCC consent to transfer licences, Team Telecom and CFIUS review, export licences, DCSA for cleared businesses and, for imaging companies, the remote sensing licence. The agreements show who carries that risk and for how long. This tool sets out the key terms of seven deals from 2021 to 2026, each quoted from the agreement filed on SEC EDGAR and linked to the source.
